Blue1 allow you to take your own oxygen on board their aircraft. They will also provide oxygen on board at an additional fee of 350 euros for an inter-continental flight or 150 euros for a flight within Europe. To reserve oxygen, you will need to provide details at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance of your journey. A medical note may also be required from your doctor saying you are fit to fly.

 Finnair

Finnair only permits supplemental oxygen on its medical flights for acute home transport (for passengers who become ill abroad). It does permit some portable oxygen concentrators (POC) on board their aircraft but you will have to check with the Finnair Medadesk to find out whether yours is accepted.

A MEDIF form needs to be completed by you and your doctor several days before the flight and you need to gain medical clearance from the Finnair Medadesk. You will be responsible for having a sufficient supply of batteries to account for any possible deviations from the planned route.

Cabin attendants are only trained in first aid and are not permitted to give medication or to administer injections.

Finncomm airlines does not provide oxygen on board their aircraft and does not permit passengers to bring their own provisions. Passengers who require oxygen to travel must find an alternative airline.
