EuroLOT will allow you to take your own oxygen and provide it on board their aircraft. If you wish to use your own, the cylinder must be less than 1 and a half litres. To use continuous oxygen during the flight you will need to use theirs. There is an additional charge of 150 Euros per flight on a short duration flight and 250 Euros per flight on a long duration flight. In order to accommodate the use of medical oxygen, you must let them know at least 7 days in advance. A MEDIF form will also need to be submitted to them by fax.
